Haylie Arcala

Born and raised on Maui, Haylie Arcala brings a strong client-service background, attention to detail, and a personal understanding of the importance of family and legacy to her work at Segal Law.

Haylie graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management. Her education and experience shaped a service-oriented approach centered on communication, organization, and making sure clients feel supported throughout what can often be a difficult and unfamiliar legal process.

As Segal Law’s Estate Litigation and Probate Paralegal, Haylie assists our attorneys and clients with the many details involved in probate proceedings and contested estate matters. She helps manage case files and court documents, coordinates communications with clients and other parties, tracks deadlines, assists with document preparation and discovery, and helps keep matters moving efficiently from beginning to resolution.

Haylie also oversees much of the firm’s finance and accounting administration, including client billing, payments, account management, and other financial matters. Her ability to manage both complex case details and the day-to-day financial operations of the firm makes her an integral part of the Segal Law team.

As a Maui native, Haylie especially values the opportunity to help local families navigate estate and probate matters with organization, responsiveness, and care.
