Emily Brunner

Emily brings 20 years of claims handling experience in bodily injury, covering both general commercial liability and personal auto claims for Fortune 50 companies. Over her career, she investigated files headed for litigation, including surveillance, background investigations, and recorded statements, and she negotiated those claims to resolution. Having spent two decades on the insurance side of the table, Emily knows how an adjuster evaluates an injury claim, what goes into the file, and where a carrier looks to reduce what it pays. She now puts that experience to work for the clients of Segal Law. Emily is a graduate of the University of Hawaiʻi with a degree in Travel Industry Management, a service-oriented education that shapes the care and attention she gives injured clients and their families throughout their cases. She was awarded a corporate scholarship to attend the Executive Development Institute’s Leadership Discovery Program in Seattle. In her free time she enjoys travel, hiking, the beach, and time with her family.
